To REGISTER as an EXHIBITOR:
• Send a message to to IMAGE@IMAGE-Society.org requesting an Exhibitor Registration Form.
• You will be promptly be sent a Registration Form & Invoice.
• Space will be reserved upon arrival of the completed Registration Form & Payment.
• Exhibit Space is very limited and is offered on a first come-first served basis.

Delivery by Hotel Staff of exhibitor shipment boxes from storage to the Exhibit Hall by 7:00am Tuesday, 4 June.
Clean exhibit hall & vacuum carpet by hotel staff Thursday, 6 June.
All EHO (Exhibit Hall Only) Badged Exhibitor Staff are invited to attend the following:

Welcome Reception (Monday evening).
Buffet Luncheon & Beer Bash (Wednesday Afternoon in the Exhibit Hall)

EHO BADGES:

Up to two Exhibit Hall Only (EHO) badges are provided to each Exhibitor for the Exhibitor's "direct" employees only.
Badges may not be shared.
Additional Exhibit Hall Only Badges may be purchased by Registered Exhibiting organizations (for their direct employees only) at $150 per person.
Exhibitor staff wishing to attend other conference events must purchase individual Conference Registrations.

BACKDROPS: You are welcome to bring your own "backdrop" provided it fits within your space.
