SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Shipments can be sent so that all is received by Thursday and Friday (9-10 July). All deliveries with heavy boxes (>150 lbs.) should be delivered by truck with a lift gate. The loading dock is a ramp that leads into shipping & receiving. NO FORKLIFT is provided for unloading. Due to limited storage capacity, the hotel can only accept your shipment within one week of the event. If you require extensive storage space, the hotel reserves the right to assess an additional storage charge. For all additional information contact:

to check on the status of the items you have shipped to the hotel. When you call, please have handy the following info:

Name of the Carrier you used.
Date shipped.
Name of individual the package is to be held for.

Hotel shipping assistance will only be available during normal business hours. To ship your materials out of the hotel after the event, it will be your responsibility for the packaging & labeling. The hotel has limited shipping supplies on hand, therefore arrangements should be made in advance for shipping materials out of the hotel.

The hotel is serviced by ALL MAJOR CARRIERS including UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, Emery, DHL, and Burlington Air Freight. Any guest may request shipment of packages or letters using these carriers.
