The Technical Program consisted of three days of technical papers, a US Military Training Needs Panel Discussion, DoD Database Standards update briefings, the annual OpenFlight User Group meeting, the AFRL Display Evaluation kickoff meeting, two technical short courses, an Exhibit Hall which sold-out again for the 14th year in a row, Hosting Organization Presentations by Presagis, FlightSafety, CAE, Barco, Sony Electronics, Christie Digital, Rockwell Collins, and TerraSim.

The conference was preceded with a "Welcome Reception". This social networking event was hosted by Presagis (the Prime Host), who provided complimentary food & beverage, and a drawing for an Apple iPad door prize. Drawings for eight Exhibit Hall door prizes were provided compliments of Presagis, FlightSafety, CAE, Barco, Rockwell Collins, Christie Digital, TerraSim, and RPA Electronic Solutions.
