The purpose of the G&M Organizational Packages
is to provide you the opportunity to:


GREET the ATTENDEES
during your 10 minute presentation in the Conference Theater,
present your organization's products/services
and invite them to meet with you
at your table at the conclusion of the presentations.

*** THEN ***

MEET the ATTENDEES
at your table, to discuss your products and services,
distribute your literature, schedule future meetings,
and demonstrate with your battery powered laptop computer.

    GREET & MEET PACKAGE

    REGISTRATION FEE: $1399
    INCLUDES:


  • One Complimentary Full Conference Registration for "your Full Time Direct Employee"giving your presentation.
    Plus one "G&M Session Only Badge" for an additional Full Time Direct Employee.
    (G&M Conf. Registrations are not for your contractors, partners, marketing orgs, etc.)

  • 10 minutes for Your Organizational Presentation in the Conference Theater.

  • Organizational Brochure (8 page PDF) included in the Conference Proceedings given to all full registered attendees.

  • IMAGE will promote your pre or post conference local event held the week of the conference with
    a hot link to it on the IMAGE 2014 web site.

  • One 6' x 2.5' Meeting Table & Chairs in a 10'x 10' space in the Conference Theater.

  • BACKDROPS (optional): Bring your own portable "POP-UP BACKDROP".

  • NOTHING may be ATTACHED to the WALLS.

  • WI-FI: one account (on 9 July) per organization requiring it for their G&M Table computer demonstration.

  • BATTERY CHARGING STATION will be available to charge your laptop computers.

  • NO ELECTRICAL POWER will be provided to the tables. Bring your battery powered laptop computer.

  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted at the conference.

    REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. SELECT MEETING SPACE
    SELECT one of the remaining spaces as shown on the Floor Plan

  2. EMAIL the number of your selected G&M Space to image@image-society.org
      * Your space selection will be held for 24 hours until you complete registration online.

  3. A REPLY EMAIL from IMAGE to you will provide:
      * confirmation of the availability of your Space Selection
      * The WEB ADDRESS to REGISTER (with credit card) for the G&M package.

  4. REGISTER ONLINE
    * The EMPLOYEE giving the Company Presentation should Register Online with Credit Card
        at WEB ADDRESS provided per "3" above.

    * The EMPLOYEE above registering online for the G&M package automatically receives
        the complimentary Full Conference Registration & Badge.

    * DO NOT REGISTER again for a personal individual conference registration.
        By registering for the G&M package you were automatically registered for the full conference.

    * EMAIL the NAME & EMAIL address of Your Direct Employee to receive the
        "G&M Session Only Badge" to: image@image-society.org
