On behalf of the IMAGE Society and Esterline, I welcome you to IMAGE 2015. Esterline is honored to be the Prime Host for the 38th anniversary of the IMAGE conference, and we know it will be a very valuable experience for all government and industry participants. The simulation and training industry changes rapidly, so we have worked hard to make our technical sessions instructive and relevant to the challenges we all face. I have been associated with the IMAGE conference for 25 years, and as conference chair I can assure you that this year’s program will be especially beneficial as we share insights regarding visual system challenges, solutions, and technology trends.
