PRIME HOST of IMAGE 2019
On behalf of the IMAGE Society and TREALITY Simulation Visual Systems, I welcome you to IMAGE 2019. TREALITY SVS is honored to be the Prime Host of the IMAGE conference, and we thank the Dayton Country Club for accommodating this important event. I am personally humbled and excited to chair this conference since becoming a new member of the simulation and training market. I have spent the past 25 years developing visualization solutions for the defense and air traffic control markets with Barco and Esterline before joining the Esterline SVS, now TREALITY SVS, team mid-2018. We are enthusiastic to hear from the industry experts and problem solvers as they present their vision for enhanced visualization technologies and solutions. The two-day conference will be filled with valuable insights, industry collaboration and networking events as we celebrate the 42nd anniversary of the IMAGE Society. I look forward to greeting IMAGE Society members June 25th.
Ron's BIO
Ron Farine, V.P of World Wide Sales, TREALITY Simulation Visual Systems
After receiving a bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering (BSEET) from the University of Akron in Ohio, Ron moved to Atlanta, GA in 1990 where he officially joined Barco as a Production Test Technician in 1990. From production Ron briefly worked in the engineering product development group before accepting a role as Sales Engineer in 1993, acting as a technical liaison between the US and Belgium for all technical product support. Ron then served as Sales Executive from 1995 to 2000, where he developed defense and aerospace account and territories. In 2000, Ron moved into the Air Traffic Control market as the Director of Sales, where he was responsible for all North American accounts, sales and business development. In 2008 Ron was named Vice President of Sales for Barco Federal Systems. Most recent, in May 2018 Ron joined the Esterline, now TREALITY, Simulation Visual Systems team as VP of WW Sales reporting to Mark Saturno, President of TREALITY Simulation Visual Systems.
