This is a real-time image of CAE’s Medaillion-6000 Image Generator. The scene depicts a city shortly after three laser-guided bombs hit their target. Increased realism is achieved through the use of as smoke particles, tracers and localized lighting. The database has densely populated 3D content with light points and light maps that are partly automated as part of the CAE database production process.
