SPACE: Each space is 10' x 10' in a carpeted ballroom (all of your equipment and table must fit within the confines of this 10' x 10' square area).

STANDARD EQUIPMENT PROVISIONS & ADDITIONAL NEEDS (Non-Std Electrical, A/V, Telephone, Internet, etc), Hotel Policies, Credit Card Authorization Form, etc.".

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:You must make arrangements with, and pay the HOTEL for any additional services (telephone, internet connection, etc.) by contacting the Hotel Catering Manager.

BACKDROPS: You are welcome to bring your own "backdrop" provided it fits within your space.

EHO BADGES: Up to three Exhibit Hall Only badges are provided to each Exhibitor for the Exhibitor's "direct" employees only. Badges may not be shared. Additional Exhibit Hall Only Badges may be purchased by Registered Exhibiting organizations (for their direct employees only) at $150 (one hundred fifty dollars) per person. Exhibitors wishing to attend other conference events must purchase individual Conference Registrations.

NOTE: Permission is given to the REGISTERED EXHIBITOR to use other organizations' products (hardware/software) incidental in demonstrating your product under the following conditions:
